Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7 business days from the date of purchase. For backordered items, please allow 4–6 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary by region via UPS Ground:

FL, GA, AL, MS, TN, KY, MO, KS, CO, AZ — $12.99
NY, NJ, PA, OH, IN, IL, MI, WI, MN, IA, NE — $15.99

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify a shipping address once your order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@tamris.com before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How do I start a return?
Email us at info@tamris.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Can I exchange an item?
We don't process direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the piece you'd like.

Are there any items I cannot return?
Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized items, and personal care goods are non-returnable.

Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you carry?
TAMRIS offers sizes XS through XXL across our collections. Size availability varies by style — please check the product page for specific options.

Do your pieces run true to size?
Our pieces are designed to celebrate every silhouette. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes or need help, feel free to reach out to us at info@tamris.com.

Do you cater to plus sizes?
Absolutely! TAMRIS was built to celebrate every woman — plus size, petite, tall, curvy, slim, and everything in between. Many of our styles are available up to XXL.

What materials are your pieces made from?
We use a range of premium fabrics including 100% cotton prints, stretch velvet-sequin, and our signature tie-dye and Aso Oke textiles — many of which are locally sourced across Africa and developed exclusively for TAMRIS.

Are your pieces versatile enough for different occasions?
Yes! TAMRIS pieces are designed to be transitional — moving effortlessly from day to night, home to holiday, resort to event. Many styles can be worn multiple ways.
